沙烏地阿拉伯-利雅德(Riyadh)當地海關對CFS併櫃貨新規定

自即日起Riyadh當地海關針對lcl cargo 的新規定如下:

(下列規定以到港日: 8月15日生效,若未依規定則罰款為:)

SR$ 5000/- (US$ 1331)

1.貨品一律要打Pallet, 並在Pallet 外箱上註明

(提單號碼/CNEE NAEM & NUMBER OF PACKAGES)

2.每一 Pallet內的件數必須要標示該件數是屬於此 Pallet內總件數

之的幾件 (例 1 pallet內有50 ctns,每箱show: 1/50, 2/50, 3/50...etc...)

若二 Pallet 以上,以此類推.

3.提單必須標示清楚的件數明細.

例: B/L NO: 0001

Q'TY: 3 PALLTS = 150 CTNS

提單上shpg mark需show 出(如下)

NO.1 PALLET = 30 CTNS 及箱號(例: 1-20, 22-31 )

NO.2 PALLET = 80 CTNS 及箱號(例: 1-80 )

NO.3 PALLET = 40 CTNS 及箱號(例: 1-35,37-41 )

According to the mail, Saudi port & customs authorities has issued a new announcement/circular to strictly compliance of below procedure
for all  LCL shipments to Riyadh arrival with effect from 15^th August 2010.
Circular attached, non compliance of same will lead to minimum penalty of SR 5000/- (US$ 1331).

Kindly help us to inform all the agents to comply of below.

Here with attached memo received CFS manifest division from Riyadh port for shipments arrival effective 15^th august 2010.

Brief translation as below.

1)   Bill of lading information to be written on each & every package of this B/L

2)   Above information has to be in very clear writing

3)   Packages should have serial numbers out of the total number of packages I.E ⅞, ⅝, ⅜, ⅛ etc, etc

4)   All packages of each B/L has to be palletized in order to avoid mixing of different packages of different B/L(S)

5)   Sticker should be applied on each pallet clearly showing B/L number, number of packages & consignee name.
